Remodeling

Overview

AKSCO Construction is a full service company. We have a three part process: Design, Contract, and Construction. In the Design phase we look at choices and layouts based on your budget. The Contract phase solidifies selections of materials, a final layout plan is drawn, and an itemized estimate of total cost is formulated. The third phase is the implementation of the plan. We organize and supervise every aspect of Construction.

How do you know you’re right for a remodel?

  • You can’t put up with the inconvenience any longer; you’re mind is made up – things must change.
  • You saw a kitchen or bathroom or other space in a design magazine and fell in love with the ideas; you think it would look perfect in your home.
  • You saw a project on a remodeling TV show and want to implement it at your home.
  • A friend of yours just had theirs redone.
  • All the children are out of the house, and now it is time for you to get the space you’ve always dreamed of.

We Specialize In Building Spaces Around The Ways You Live

The two main areas of a home that return the most money invested in their remodeling are the kitchen and the bathrooms. AKSCO will sit down with you to find out just what will make your heart sing when you walk into your newly remodeled areas.

Kitchens

How many of you will be in the kitchen at the same time helping to prepare a meal? Will you want your stand mixer to be easily accessed? Or would more than one microwave make kitchen prep time more enjoyable?

Bathrooms

Having two sinks is a wonderful thing when you’re both getting ready. Separate mirrors are not only easier to keep clean but make the bathroom feel more personal.
